Did I just make a Muse pun? Why yes, yes I did.
Hello there Toonsters, Musers and Spooksters! (That's what I'm calling my followers, as they consist of people who love cartoons, Muse, and horror!) So this newest blog entry is about, you guessed it, my MUSE adventures of 2017! Let's get started, shall we?
I first saw the leaked tweet from a Muse Twitter account. I think Muse had posted on their website and then removed it, but fans are quick, and soon the tour dates exploded. My friend from the UK spied it as well and shared with me, and I saw a couple people post on Facebook about it. I looked and gasped with delight. THEY WERE COMING TO ATLANTA AGAIN! The last time they were in the USA, during the Drones tour, they hadn't near the Southeast. Now, normally I would have saved and made another trip to NYC or somewhere to see them then, but I was actually already working on saving for my big LONDON Trip for The X-Mas Files Movie premiere, a full length feature movie I animated! (Read about my London adventure here!)
"Toonsters"- It's my reference to one of my favorite cartoon shows as a kid- "Tiny Toons"- always exclaimed by Buster Bunny (voiced by John Kassir- who's also the CryptKeeper, kiddies!). Just another catchphrase I so enjoy. Much like "Enjoy the Chaos" (inspired by Muse) and "Blue Skies" (in reference to aviation/skydiving).
Onto the updates! It's December- in which I promised myself I would do, at the very least, a monthly update on my artistic endeavors and random adventures. My blog articles are in the making to be reposted here! (Like my animation reviews on The Brave Little Toaster & The Secret World of Arietty) and my goal is to do such articles like that, hopefully on a monthly basis as well.
As you most likely know, I am a huge Muse fan! That means a lot of my fan art is geared toward Muse: I'm inspired by their songs- the sounds, the lyrics, their passion in their concerts, just everything!
Takeabow19 & I are currently in the works for Muse the Animated Series: Episode 2: Showbiz! (Matt with blue hair anyone?) We are due for an Early 2015 release date. We're hoping for it to be even better than the first one. Same Takeabow19 humor, fun new songs & voices! You'll even get to see the return of some of your favorite characters ( everyone except for Amy in this shot):
The year was 2003. I was 18 years old and just beginning college. I also felt like I was beginning a new life. I had moved out into an apartment and also just gotten out of a long term relationship. I was truly on my own for the first time. Everything was new & exciting. Starting a new life, figuring out who I was and what I want to do with my life. It was an exciting yet scary feeling. I loved it.
Happy April Fool's Day Everyone!
Julie Kitsulie here, and Welcome to my new Website!
Clouds and Rainbows, oh my! Up in the sky is where I belong. :)
April is the best month (with the next best only 6 months away)
So I figured this was a perfect time to update!
What's new? Lots of Projects in the works! Let's start with one of my favorites: Muse, The Animated Series Episode 2: Showbiz is currently in Production!
